Names and numbers are examples.

Rebuild how your company runs

Most of the work that keeps a company going used to need a hire, an agency or your evenings. Now an AI team drafts it and you approve it in minutes. That is where the savings come from.

The work How it used to get done With an AI team
Bookkeeping A part-time bookkeeper, or your weekends Transactions categorised overnight. You check the few it flags.
Lead research A sales assistant or a list vendor Prospects and tenders found and qualified. You pick who to contact.
Training and content A contractor, or it never got written Guides, articles and quizzes drafted from your docs. You review and publish.
Marketing ops An agency retainer Newsletters, posts and reports drafted on schedule. You approve what goes out.
Support Another hire as tickets grow Replies drafted from your help docs. You approve, edit or answer yourself.

What you save depends on what you hand over. Compare the plan to the hires, contractors and agencies it would replace or postpone.

How it works

Set up in an afternoon. The agents start on your real work the next morning, and nothing goes out until you say so.

SetupFour steps, no consultants

  1. 1

Sign in with an email link

No password to set. Use your work email or your Google account.

  2. 2

    Name your workspace

Tell it what your company does and who your customers are, in a few plain sentences.

  3. 3

    Pick your AI team

Switch on the agents you want from the catalogue. Each has instructions you can read and change, and a schedule.

  4. 4

    Connect your systems

QuickBooks, Zoho, Microsoft 365 or Google. Agents can read and prepare drafts. They cannot send, pay or delete.

Every dayThey draft. You decide.

  1. An agent drafts the work

On its schedule, from your own systems: a reply, a reminder, a list of leads.

  2. Needs your decision

    It waits in My Tasks

One inbox for every department, with the draft and the reasoning side by side.

  3. You approve, edit or decline

Change a word or two if you like. Decline and nothing happens.

  4. Sent and logged

    Then it goes out

Only now is it sent. The log keeps who approved it, when, and the exact text.

Agents have no way to send, post, pay or delete. Only a person's decision does that.

You stay in control

The agents can prepare anything. They cannot send, pay or delete anything. That happens only after a person decides, and the decision is written down.

Drafts only, by default
Agents have no way to send email, post, move money or delete records. They file drafts for you.
Approvals you set
Choose who can approve what. Sales emails go to sales, invoices to finance, replies to support.
A full audit trail
Every decision records who made it, when, and the exact text that was approved.
Spend caps
Set a monthly limit on agent work. When it is reached, the agents pause until you raise it.
Your data, kept separate
Each company's data is isolated from every other company's, in the database and in every agent run.

Questions

Will it email prospects or customers on its own?

No. Agents have no tool that sends, posts, pays or deletes. They draft the email and file it in My Tasks. It goes out only after a person approves it, and that approval is logged with their name, the time and the exact text.

What kind of work can it take on?

Growth work like finding and qualifying leads, outreach and follow-ups, newsletters and social posts. Operations work like support replies, training guides, bookkeeping, invoice reminders and compliance deadlines. You can also describe a job in plain words and build your own agent.

How does it save money?

It takes on work you would otherwise pay someone to do, or do yourself after hours: bookkeeping, lead research, content, marketing and support drafts. The agents prepare it; you spend minutes approving instead of hours doing. How much you save depends on which jobs you hand over and what they cost you today. We do not promise a number. A spend cap keeps the agents' own cost predictable.

Who is it for?

Companies where a founder or a lean team covers sales, customers, finance and admin on top of their main job, and would rather not add headcount or agencies to keep up.

What systems does it connect to?

QuickBooks, Zoho, Microsoft 365 and Google today, with LinkedIn coming soon. If you rely on something else, tell us when you request access. It helps us decide what to build next.

How is our data kept separate from other companies?

Every record belongs to one company, and the database enforces that on every query. Each agent run gets a short-lived key that only opens your company's data, and it is revoked when the run ends.

How much will it cost, and how do I get access?

Pricing is not final. Plans will be based on the size of your AI team, 5, 10 or 20, with a monthly work allowance and a spend cap you control. To join early access, use the Request early access form, or email [email protected] with a line about your company and the work you would hand over.
